At Bold Moves, we’re committed to getting your products to you quickly and with care. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak times (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days via USPS

Note: Delivery time does not include processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within the U.S. If you are international and are interested in purchasing a planner, please email us at info@shopboldmoves.com

Lost or Delayed Packages

Bold Moves is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at  info@shopboldmoves.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
