Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Bold Moves products as much as we loved creating them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopboldmoves.com with your order number and reason for your exchange. Each exchange is assessed on a case by case basis and subject to approval.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We currently do not offer refunds. If your item is damaged, please return the original item (if eligible) and receive a replacement product. Please email us at info@shopboldmoves.com to initiate an exchange.
